The short version: PalPlayer has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your music and your library stay on your device.
Last updated 8 October 2026 · This policy covers PalPlayer for iPhone and iPad.
PalPlayer is made by Threefold, a small software studio based in Canada. If you have any question about your data, email support@threefoldapps.com.
Your audio files, your folders, your listening positions, your edits and your downloaded podcast episodes are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. We don't run any servers for PalPlayer, so we never receive them. PalPlayer only reads the folders and files you choose to give it.
PalPlayer doesn't collect analytics, usage statistics or crash reports. It connects to the internet only for these features, and only when you use them:
These services see your device's IP address, as any website does. We don't send them anything that identifies you, and nothing is sent to us.
If PalPlayer is bought through the App Store, Apple handles the payment. We never see your card details or your Apple Account.
PalPlayer doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If you email support, we keep the conversation so we can help you. We'll delete it if you ask.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@threefoldapps.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
